Telluride Falls Residence

Telluride, Colorado | Hospitality Rental

Originally known as The Falls, this contemporary mountain residence sits above the Telluride Valley with sweeping views of Bridal Veil Falls, Ingram Falls, and the surrounding box canyon.

Designed by Michael Fuller Architects, the home combines concrete, glass, steel, teak, mahogany, and Douglas fir into a dramatic alpine retreat shaped by architecture, landscape, and light.

The project focused on translating a highly architectural private residence into a refined hospitality experience without flattening the character of the original design.

Expansive living spaces, ensuite bedrooms, a gym, screening room, library, office, decks, and a private hot tub were considered through the lens of comfort, flow, and high-end guest use.

The result is a rare Telluride retreat that feels both sculptural and deeply livable, with every major space oriented toward mountain views and year-round escape.

As a hospitality property, it balances architectural significance with the practical details needed to support memorable stays, elevated guest expectations, and long-term rental performance.
