Sonoma Valley Glass House

Sonoma Valley, California | Hospitality Rental

Originally known as the Sonoma Glass House, this hillside retreat pairs rectangular modern architecture with walls of glass, open-plan living, and sweeping views across Sonoma Valley.

Converted into a luxury short-term rental, the project focused on preserving the home’s architectural clarity while making it warmer, more comfortable, and guest-ready.

Architect and Developer: Charles Ma | CMA Development

The furnishing direction softened the home’s exposed metal ceilings and crisp modern lines through warm woods, restrained neutrals, layered textures, and relaxed silhouettes.

A dedicated home gym and hospitality-focused details expanded the property from architectural residence into a complete guest experience.

The result is a polished wine country rental that feels clean, intentional, and deeply connected to its setting.

Modern architecture, thoughtful furnishing, and operationally minded details come together to support both memorable stays and long-term rental performance.
