I led the full interior furnishing of the 10,000-square-foot residence, shaping a large-scale mountain property into a complete hospitality experience.
The furnishing direction balanced scale, comfort, durability, and visual impact across expansive living areas, guest suites, entertaining spaces, and amenity-driven zones.
With a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, putting green, theater, game spaces, and helipad, the property was positioned for high-end group stays and destination-driven travel.
The result is a private mountain retreat designed to serve both personal legacy use and long-term revenue performance.
